Charlotte Osei spotted in secret meeting with NDC

The outspoken Member of Parliament for Assin Central Constituency in the Central Region, Hon. Kennedy Ohene Agyapong has revealed that he has spotted the chairperson of the Electoral Commission (EC) Madam Charlotte Osei, in a video of a secret meeting between her and some leading members of the ruling National Democratic Congress(NDC) in Washington DC, USA.
The meeting, among other agenda, was to discuss how the Commission would collaborate with the NDC to rig the December 7 elections in favour of President Mahama.
Charlotte Osei, who, according to the maverick politician cum businessman, travelled by South Africa airways to Washington DC purposely because of the meeting, outlined a number of strategies the Commission intended to implement to aid NDC’s chances of winning the elections.
Hon. Kennedy Agyapong alleged that key among the plan was cloning all the rejected ballots in favour of President Mahama as well as manipulating the proxy voting process to ensure that it favoured President Mahama and the NDC.
He further alleged that the EC had also planned to ensure votes which would be obtained by the flagbearer of the New Patriotic Party (NPP) Nana Akufo-Addo were reduced to minimise his chance of winning the elections.
“I just arrived from the United States and the information I have about EC chairperson is mind-boggling.
“Charlotte Osei went to Washington DC few days ago and met with some leading members of the ruling National Democratic Congress(NDC). Among those who were present at that meeting, was a pastor in the Presbyterian Church of Ghana branch in Michigan. And the agenda for discussion were steps they will take to rig the elections,” he revealed.
Agyapong, who disclosed this on Oman FM political analysis programme ‘Boiling Point’, indicated that the EC chairperson was later taken to New Jersey specifically into the home of a former Ghana’s ambassador to inspect some equipment procured by the NDC party.
The equipment, he explained, would be installed at vantage points across the country to interfere in the operations of the communication networks.
Akompreko as he is affectionately called, charged the New Patriotic Party to demand the list of proxy voters before December 7 adding that they should also insist on counting of special votes after the polls, so that each party would know the votes it obtained in order to prevent EC from manipulating the votes.
He threatened to unleash his anger on the executives of the party by beating them if they fail to act in a way which will prevent rigging of this year’s elections.
He hinted that he will soon expose all the diabolical schemes EC chairperson had in connivance with NDC planned to do.
